Oktoberfest Comes to Vail in September!

This September, Vail bursts into lively celebration with two fantastic Oktoberfest weekends, offering something for everyone:

1) Lionshead Village – September 5–7, 2025

Kick off the season with a Bavarian bash starting the first weekend. Expect family-friendly fun and exhilarating competitions:

• Oktoberfest Opening Ceremony gets the party rolling at noon, followed by playful offerings like the Bavarian Kinder Club and spirited music from acts like Alex Meixner Band, Average German Band, The Polkanauts, and Helmut Fricker & The Rhinelanders.

• Need some rivalry? Compete or cheer in the Stein Lifting, Polidori Bratwurst Eating, Keg Bowling, and Stein Holding contests throughout the weekend

2) Vail Village – September 12–14, 2025

The celebration continues the next weekend down in Vail Village with even more music, costumes, and friendly competition:

• Enjoy performances from Helmut Fricker & The Rhinelanders, Average German Band, Neue Polka, and the spirited Blue Ox Boys.

• Let the family loose at the Kinder Club, then get ready for the Bavarian Costume Contest, Polidori Bratwurst Eating, Keg Bowling, and Stein Holding tournaments.
