Suzi Apple is the founder and visionary behind Gateway Real Estate Vail Valley Colorado. Her connection to Vail began the summer before her senior year at the University of Kansas, when an impromptu drive west led her over Vail Pass for the first time. Instantly captivated by the mountains, waterfalls, and sense of community, Suzi knew she had found home.

With decades of experience in the Vail Valley real estate market, Suzi is deeply committed to helping clients find not just a property, but a place that truly reflects their vision of life in the mountains.
