What to Expect

  • Grand Tasting Weekend: Friday, August 8 & Saturday, August 9 at Vail’s Ford Field. Sample 300+ wines, spirits, and beers in a walk-around format with live music and gourmet bites. Ticket tiers include Premier Access, Early Access, and General Admission for curated experiences. 

  • Best of Fest: Friday evening, August 8 at the Nordic Club with panoramic views of the Gore Range. Featuring only top-rated or reserve bottles—average over $100 per bottle or 90+ point rated wines—paired with an exquisite menu. This upscale tasting is limited and unforgettable. 

  • Paired Wine Events: From Old World vs. New World lunches to Wines & Wildflowers hikes and dinners at Vail’s top restaurants, plenty of curated pairings enrich your wine-growing weekends.

  • Tickets: Grand Tasting prices range from ~$129–$191 (early bird), while Best of Fest is around $260. Early buy-ins offer discounted pricing through May.

  • Must Know: This is an 21+ event; children and pets are not permitted. Wine purchases aren't sold onsite—but you can note favorites for later. Use Vail’s free bus to access many venues.
