Thursday Night Lights

Ski Down & Fireworks

One of Beaver Creek’s most beloved winter traditions, Thursday Night Lights, transforms the mountain into a glowing spectacle. On select Thursday evenings throughout the season, ski professionals descend the mountain with illuminated torches, followed by a fireworks display that lights up the village sky.

The event is complimentary and open to the public, making it a favorite weekly gathering for families, après-ski crowds, and anyone looking to experience Beaver Creek after dark. Registration typically begins in the late afternoon, with festivities building into the evening.

An Unforgettable Evening of Elevated Alpine Dining

This January, Beaver Creek Resort hosts The Alpine Table at Allie's Cabin, a one-of-a-kind culinary experience that blends fine dining with the magic of a winter night in the mountains.

In partnership with James Beard Award–winning chef Matthew Vawter, this intimate event begins with a scenic sleigh ride up the mountain, pulled by a snowcat beneath the stars.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into Allie’s Cabin for a lively alpine happy hour featuring LALO Tequila, an ice bar, signature cocktails, and passed appetizers enjoyed fireside.

The evening continues with a seated, multi-course dinner showcasing inventive and expressive dishes from Chef Vawter alongside Allie’s Cabin Executive Chef Jillian Shaw. Each course is paired with pre-selected beverages curated by the resort’s resident sommelier, creating a thoughtfully crafted dining journey from start to finish.

Tickets are extremely limited, and reservations are required for this exclusive winter experience.
